  • 24/7 Customer Service- Customers can reach Tenant Shield directly from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, or use our 24/7 customer service portal for after-hours or emergency communication.

  • Online Portal Management- Tenant Shield will manage the customer’s online portal, overseeing rent adjustments, lease communications from the landlord, maintenance issues, and other potential concerns.

  • Landlord Dispute Resolution - At the customer's request, Tenant Shield will act as a strong advocate, resolving any disputes with the landlord, including issues related to property condition, lease terms, or other rental concerns.
  • Online Portal Management- Tenant Shield will manage the customer’s online portal, overseeing rent adjustments, lease communications from the landlord, maintenance issues, and other potential concerns.
